We're very pleased with the progress being made by our member companies deploying HomePNA certified products. We recently posted a news release announcing TELUS, a $9 billion Canadian national telecommunications provider, selected CopperGate's HomePNA 3.1 technology integrated into set-top boxes and residential gateways manufactured by other HomePNA members for its TELUS TV. This news coupled with AT&T's recent announcement that it now has 650,000 paying U-verse subscribers has us very excited about the future of our group.

The good news doesn't stop there. HomePNA members have a lot to be energized about as we begin the 4th quarter. Momentum is building. We recently announced that HomePNA was installed in more North American homes in the last quarter than any other coax home networking solution. We believe this makes HomePNA the de facto standard for TelcoTV home networking.

We're not alone in our statements. Analysts are also making a strong case for our declarations. Michael Wolf, director of Digital Home Research at ABI Research, said, 'The addition of TELUS means that of the largest telcos in North America, four out of the top five that offer TelcoTV now support HomePNA 3.1 home networking technology. This win validates HomePNA as a home networking technology that is optimized for service provider rollouts to enable whole-home entertainment services such as TelcoTV.'

And we're also making serious inroads into new geographical markets, which support the assertion that we are now the global standard for home networking. We can make this pronouncement based on one of two recent new members joining the alliance-Cianet Networking, which is a digital communications solution provider based in Brazil.
